Sterling Infosystems acquires Checkwell Solutions Corporation
Beedie Capital Partners achieves another successful exit

Checkwell has been a longstanding tenant of the Beedie Development Group, and in early 2011, received an investment from Beedie Capital Partners. Management of Checkwell provided the following testimonial in conjunction with the closing announced today.
